Club History
In 1953 Staines Town were founder members of the Hellenic League. In 58 they joined the Spartan League and won the title two years later. After finishing 2nd in 71 they were promoted to the Athenian 2nd Div, winning the title at the first attempt. The club were elected to the new Isthmian League Div One in 73, finishing top in 75 and were promoted to the Premier Division but due to the ground the club were demoted in 84. The next 12 years saw 2 more promotions and relegatons and from 2002, Staines played in Div One South of the Isthmian league but in 04 they secured a place in the Premier Div in the newly re-structured pyramid.
