Club History

Farnborough Town were formed in 1968, playing their formative years in the Surrey Senior and Spartan Leagues. In the 70's to aid progress a new ground was developed at Cherrywood Road and they joined the Athenian League and immediately topped Div Two in 76/77, joining the Isthmian League and in 78/79 won Div Two, then Div one in 84/85. Then promoted as runners up to the Conference in 88/89, but relegated 92/93, only to bounce back following year. More..
